W-9 Form

J.W. Pepper does not withhold taxes from your royalty payments. Completing a W-9 form allows you, the publisher, to pay all U.S. federal, state, and local taxes on your royalties.

In January, you will receive a 1099R from J.W. Pepper detailing all royalties paid to you.

Note: If you are registering for My Score as a non-U.S. citizen, you are not required to submit a W-9 form. However, you are responsible for determining the correct method of reporting income as required in your country.
