When uploading your composition, your piece is sent into a queue to be uploaded to our website. We're pretty fast at processing new uploads and making sure all the components of the piece are ready for sale on jwpepper.com.
You can expect that your piece will take 2-3 Business Days to be completely online, with some things appearing sooner than others. An example timeline can be seen below.
Upload Timeline Example
Monday - You upload your piece through the upload tool in My Score.
Tuesday - Your piece is assigned a J.W. Pepper Catalog Number in our internal systems.
Wednesday - Your item appears online with most assets showing with the rest filling in throughout the day.
